Nicholas Grimond Chief Executive Officer

Nick was Group Operations Director of Sextons, the UK's leading specialist car audio retail installation business, until it was acquired by TG21 plc in 1998. He was responsible for the day to day running of the business and launched Sextons' new audio replacement business, which was the first of its type in the UK.

He joined the board of TG21 plc on 14 April 1998 as Operations Director, was made Chief Operating Officer in February 2002 and June 2003 he became the Group's Managing Director, and CEO in October 2005.

Wilson Jennings Finance Director and Company Secretary

Wilson joined TG21 plc in March 2000 as Finance Director and Company Secretary. He previously worked at Isis Research plc, a multi-national market research company where he was Finance Director for five years.

In addition to the international experience gained with Isis, Wilson has extensive corporate finance experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Peter Ward Non-Executive Chairman

Peter Ward Chairman

Peter Ward joined TG21 plc on 1 November 2001 as Non-Executive Chairman and was appointed Executive Chairman in February 2002.

Peter has spent most of his career in the motor industry, previously working for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. where he was Managing Director in 1986, Chief Executive in 1987 and Chairman and Chief Executive from 1991 to 1995. He was one of the main architects of the rescue of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars from the early 1990s recession and steered the company back into profit for parent company Vickers plc.

In 1995 he joined the board of Trafalgar House plc and became Chairman and Chief Executive of Cunard Line Ltd. From 1997 he led the expansion of Jardine International Motor Holdings through major acquisitions, joint ventures and a restructuring programme. He created a unique joint venture with Ford Motor Company and agreed acquisition of Dagenham Motors plc. During this time, turnover grew from US$2.1 billion to over US$3.2 billion.

David Voss Non-Executive Director

David Voss Non-Executive Director

David joined TG21 plc as a non-executive director in March 2002. He was formerly Managing Director of PHH Services and PHH Leasing in the UK, a director of Hertz Europe and was also founder and Managing Director of VELO Limited, a subsidiary of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

As well as being a director of Kleinwort Benson Limited, David acted as Chairman or Managing Director of several subsidiaries including Kleinwort Benson Fleet Finance Limited, VELO Motor Accident Management Limited (a joint venture with Aon Risk Services), London Motorentals, and Pyxys SA (France).
