Working with nearly every insurer in the United Kingdom, this division provides claims management, validation and fulfillment for insurance claims involving car audio, navigation (fixed and portable) and mobile phone equipment.
Operating predominantly on a delegated authority basis, the division validates claims and then coordinates equipment replacement and where necessary installation which takes place at the policy holders home or work address nationwide using employed engineers, driving new vehicles unbranded and under 3 years old, wearing unbranded uniforms and carrying picture identification.
